Happy Feet Show

Every year the school puts on the Annual Happy Feet Show which celebrates the training and accomplishments of the Happy Feet Program. This program uses counseling, art, music, dance, judo and capoiera to help the children heal from all the abuses and losses they have experienced before coming to St. Catherine’s.  Their joy over sharing their amazing talents is incredible to watch!  Even the Happy Home parents participate and feel like princesses in their rented outfits.  The judo program is thriving as the team is beginning to compete citywide and the coach’s dream is that we would have an Olympic champion someday. One of the JO 22 students has chosen becoming a judo instructor as his career!
